I called them once to ask for a price of part I saw on their web site.

The conversation went something like:

"Hi, if I give you a part number I found on your web site, can you give me price please"

"Are you ready to buy it now"

"Well, you haven't given me the price yet now have you"

a moment of silence

"I am tired of people calling me and asking for prices then having to check stock and then people not buying anything"

"I'll save you the trouble"  and hung up.

I can imagine, having an NOS inventory like they do that they must get hundreds of calls per day and it would be taxing.  However, if they priced some of their items a bit more reasonable or at least changed their attitude, they might be able to move more stuff.

There are a lot of ther places to find NOS items.
