How Do You Install Windshield Wipers??

Does anyone have a video or how-to guide on how to replace windshield wiper blades on the 68 charger?  I purchased the
Trico 33-150 blades from ORiellys and have spent some time trying to.remove the old blade with no luck and i dont want to break anything or scratch the paint.  Can anyone help?
