Location Thread

I have been wanting a second gen Charger since I was 10 years old. Finally, at age 33, I have my first one on the way to me. In about two weeks I should have a 69 in my garage.

My question is if there is a thread that people post there general location. I am located in San Diego, CA and am curious if there is any members on here near me building a car or has built a car that knows local, shops, parts places or people who can help if you get stuck. People to bounce ideas off.

My car that is on the way is a project car but a mostly complete car, drive train, interior, glass, trim, wiring its all there, needs metal work, engine work and just an over all restore. I plan on starting a build thread once I get it and get going. I have never restored a car before but have build several boats from scratch so I am sure with the internets help I can figure out most things. but would be nice to have a source of local information/shops.
