The H should be for hydraulic, the usually stamp an S for solid. Perhaps an email with photos to crower is in order.

This is an aftermarket cam, the maker doesn't have to play by factory rules. It is a single-bolt hydraulic cam for a Hemi...nuff said.

   Yep, Crower said it would not run period.  Due to lifter pushrod angel.
