Rather watch a guy set fire to $6000 in cash, what an idiot  :rotz:

Did anyone see this car listed anywhere?  I don't remember seeing it listed.  Of course, I 'm not looking for one, so I might have just overlooked the ad.

Judging by some of the youtube comments, he tried listing it on his local facebook marketplace for around $10k.

Had he listed it on ebay or here on the forums, he might have gotten close to his price; but obviously he's not smart enough for that.

I'm not saying this to be mean or funny, but I assume the guy HAS to be mentality challenged in some capacity.

The logic of "if I can't have it (or what I want out of it) then I'll break it and NO ONE can have it! That'll show em!" is kindergartner level deductive reasoning. The guy clearly hasn't grown past it.

Im guessing he's slow.

I don't see any obvious signs of a disorder or very low IQ.

I just see an ornery dickhead being what he is.   The world is full of them.

Lots of people do things that piss away $5-10K for no good reason.  Happens all the time.  This is only memorable because of how the guy went about it.

I saw on Instagram a picture of it sitting in a driveway obviously for a long time. The person that posted the picture said that it had been there for decades and it was "not for sale". Somehow this Weiner got his paws on it and thought he would do a quick flip on it. The picture the OP on Instagram posted was from less than a year ago, so this asshat is truly trying to flip it. My guess is that he paid a grand or so for it and was trying to sell it for 7500. Thats why I think he wasn't crying when he crushed it because he probably got 200 in scrap for it. But still what a retard, he could of quick flipped it for 3K and made a ton of money. Oh well, some people aren't so smart.

JR I have a brother that had a 66 Tempest with GTO parts in it. He wouldn't let me part it out for him. He wanted to much money for it so no one would buy it.He crushed it. I know there is an idiot in every family. In mine there is 2.

That's a bummer. And totally child like behavior. "If I can't have this thing NO ONE can, there!"

I've run across the occassional nitwit like that that has threatened to destroy something if he can't get his price out of something or another before.  This was the first time I actually saw it done as such.

To me, the guy was just another flipper that got butt-hurt trying to pawn off a parts car for B-J prices.    ::)

If you don't know what kind of problems or feelings he was getting don't judge him! Sure as a Mopar fans each own of us could get his opinion and solution for it, but he is not an idiot just because made that. We are not on his shoes or living his life!

I thought I heard him say in the video, that it was a $3900 mistake, and he really learned from it!

I hope that after watching this video NOBODY ever sells him a classic car again.  Spreading this video will give him fame that he wants, But I also hope it lets people know that he care's nothing for the cars or people that love classic cars and is only about the money.

I suspect he isn't well off, but he'd still rather destroy his Charger, then sell it for AT LEAST $6-7K. There's no other explanation for it....He's just stupid. I don't really care what he does. I won't lose any sleep over it. He just likes to display his stupidity for the world to see.

Maybe Jalopnink would give the clip a wider audience.  Make it harder for this guy to buy cars in the future.

Yes.  How greatly is up for debate but this guy couldnt get his price and threw a tantrum like an immature little boy, so he wrecked and put it on the internet to teach us all a lesson about how stupid we are for not doing what he wanted.

IDK. I'll forget about this idiot in the next few weeks. Watching 2 desireable FL hemi cars (black 57 Dodge and white 57 New Yorker) cars rot in a neighborhood yard for 30 years only to then be hauled off by a scrapper one day is something that will irritate me for the rest of my life. I suppose maybe because it was more personal  :'(
