What's the best way to reconditon these wheels,..
  they are showin aliitle rust from the lugs, the center caps are faded on the drivers' side and have a pretty wide variety of finishes,.. argent silver paint, that grainy silver finish in the middle, chromed and what would apper to be clear plastic, the stainless trim ring and the the lugs too,.. of couse im gonna have to take them off and disassemble to do it right,..
And,.. any tips on what would be the best tires to buy to best replace the original Goodyear Polyglas F-70 14s.
