Went to NAPA today and picked up a new pinion seal for the speedometer. The new one from NAPA is in a metal case and doesn't slip into the shaft. Not sure if its meant to be pressed in. Has anyone run into this before? I may have to order the kit on eBay. NAPA didn't have the o-ring. Would be nice to change both while I'm in there.
