Where can I buy a 69 Charger RT 440 Group 27 Red Cap Battery in Toronto Canada?

  Maybe purchase an inexpensive group 27 battery and use one of these Mopar sticker and cap kits to give that ordinary battery the look of an old style Mopar battery.

No one in Toronto stocks them. You need to do what I did - order them from Antique Auto Battery.....and wait for a few months for them to build it.

Roseville Mopar was trying to put a group buy together on those batteries from Antique Auto battery.

Dont belive they make the original red cap batterys anymore, something to do with safety issues with acid leaking out of them or something along those lines? Well here in Australia im quite  sure we are not allowed to own one because of safety reasons or something. Just what i was told anyway. Compared to modern batteries.

i've got a group 27 battery thats been gutted from the underside so you slip the new battery in the car and the battery case goes over the top

Is it owning a lead acid or shipping them?  They have to be shipped dry for obvious reasons.
