where is the best place to get a 68 charger ignition switch -lock-keys?

IMO  , would look round for a NOS switch,   rather than a repop one , unless  the quality of the repops  has improved recently  :scratchchin:

I have a nice used one with a descent chrome bezel. However no key. Take it to a Locksmith shop and they'll cut you a key.
