This may be a dumb question but I've seen chrome and black oil filler caps on a 440hp engine.  Which is correct for a 1969 Charger? :cheers:

Engine color I believe is actually correct.

Edit: that's a 70 thing I'm thinking of for the screw in cap.

I think 69 is same as 67, should be black if it's the push on kind.

69 440 engines should have a chrome push in cap....

Chrome only on the HP engines. ( 1967 thru 1969 )

sometimes chrome, but USUALLY black on non HP engines
