the GTX is from Argentina, not Southamerica. I meant, was assembled JUST in Argentina, maybe got to cross the border to Chile and Uruguay, but no more.

The Brazil made their Charger version too, but once again is Brazil, not SouthAmerica ;)

LOL Yes but I meant, is not generic to SouthAmerica. Venezuela for example assembled same cars than USA, with just diff options, but same sheetmetal. So if you say SouthAmerican Chargers, my Charger is "Southamerican" but is not the Brazilian one... got it?

But is indeed an A body. Same as the Spanish GT3700, which in fact shares a bit of the Argentinian Polara R/T and GTX

Saw this one today.

its from the early 1950's - I'm pretty sure.  missed a picture of an e-type.

Citroen went through a period of really strange styling, sort of like Chrysler with the early 60s.
In my opinion, they were God awful, hideous designs.

An ugly car for sure, but a functional design, made by a French car manufacturer for good reason.

Let me tell you, I would be much more comfortable driving that thing through the French city traffic jungles than any big old classic car  :eek2: :lol:

But the wagon really strikes a chord with me.  Almost as much as the Griswoldmobile,  (I think I already mentioned that.).

I found another unusual car (not French)

Also recently went to the South of France and unfortunately didn't get pictures of the lamborghini's and ferarris and porsches I saw (many, but too fast when they went by).  It was pretty amazing.  the number of cars is really impressive.

Those Lada Niva were assembled in Venezuela too way ago on lates 80s earliers 90s, along with some of their other models: Samara, Matriuska, and 1600 ( which is a copy of a FIAT ). Russian Brand.

It said bugati on the front, but it seems crazy if that was driven on the street and real.  But I've been seeing a bunch of crazy cars around.  Here is a shot my wife sent from another angle.  On the internet it looks like a model 35B.

Could be?   :shruggy:  I'll look to see if I can figure it out, but if someone else sees this (maybe your vw suspension point).  It also could make sense with it being on the street.
