hey guys, I'm wanting to change belts on my charger.  The two large belts are not an issue but after looking at it last night, it appears I will have to remove the fan to replace the fan belt and power steering belt.  Is that correct?

I believe the belts have been on the car since 1998 when I drove the car in high school.

I know this is a question about a basic repair but I am overly cautious about this car and my fear is screwing something up.

Thanks in advance

No fan removal required. Just slip the belt around one blade at a time until it comes off and reverse procedure to put it on.

^ Yup.  Watch your radiator fins if you have a shroud and clutch, it can be tight, but easily do-able.
