Regarding to a 69 Charger shoulder mounted seat belts. Did the factory put two places for the elastic/snap to snap into to hold the shoulder belt up? Could I please get a pic or two of the shoulder belt where it's bolted (Headliner area where the hook is) on original car. I tried to post pics but error occurs. Thanks!

this is a late 68 (may) build, IDK if it is the same as 69.

some measurements to help.
from the top of the inside trim to the lower side of the snap following the headliner pleat line. is 2"
from the edge of the bolt holding the belt into the headliner/roof to the center of the snap (horizonally) is 4"

Use your finger and feel around the above shown area you can probably find it.
I did as such and found what I was pretty certain was the screw hole mentioned.
So I took a needle  and did some poking around said area to be 100% certain before I took a screw to it. Nailed it perfectly btw
