Hi can anyone tell me if i can put 70 front door cards on my 69 charger I like the design of the 70

You mean without someone saying it is from a 1970? If it is there and someone sees it and knows they might say something, but why care.  If you like it that way, do it.
Who in their right mind would say

"The science should not stand in the way of this."? 

Science is just observation and hypothesis.  Policy stands in the way.........

Or maybe it protects us. 

I suppose it depends on the specific case.....

Hey thanks for that the 70 has a way nicer look with the chrome trim which i reakon goes with the center console also im not worried bout it not being correct year at some stage in its life someone has put 70 seats in it and im outside of USA so parts are very expensive and finding original seats for a 69 seems impossible,  also unsure how to post some pics of my charger on here id really like to share them as i have been restoring it
