3 spd windshield wiper motor

I have a 3 spd windshield wiper motor in my 69 Charger
It seems to have only two speeds to it
Yes my car has a 3 spd switch and wires

There are some broken wires on the end of the motor
Nothing worked when I first tried it so I soldered some back together and at least it works now

What year and what model of Mopars had the same motor set up in them ?
I might be able to grab one off another old car easier than messing around with what I have
