Looking for used but clean Upper Rear Crossmember / Shock Mount for 70 charger.

You may need to get a repro one. 

Even when they aren't rusted, those are commonly damaged.  Lots of people used to jack up the rear ends of these cars with air shocks in the 1970-80s.  But the shock crossmembers weren't really built strong enough to hold the vehicle weight like that.
