I sent my water pump out about two years ago to a "rebuilder" in Florida be rebuilt. I wanted to keep the correct pump on it rather than replace it with an aftermarket unit. Started the engine for the first time Thanksgiving weekend and the pump leaked.
I pulled it off and sent it to Kellogg Automotive in Maricopa, AZ.
I got the pump back and it looks great and it doesn't leak!
Just wanted to pass the information on in case someone else is looking for a water pump rebuilder.

Where's the name and shame so others can avoid him?
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you !!

Cowboy John's Antique Auto Parts
Webster, Fl.
He lost my original water pump and sent me a rust pitted, different water pump.  I returned that one to him and he claimed that he had no idea what thappened to my pump. Finally, I received another one and the numbers were correct for a '68, but still not my pump. And, that's the one that leaked on the first start up.

Look at his website.  I should have picked up on it.
One of my weaker moments...lesson learned.
