Does the 70 440 HP non ac take the same crank and water pump pulley as the non HP?

Someone else may know the absolutely correct answer, but my impression is that the pulleys depend on the type of water pump, whether there is A/C, and whether there is power steering.  I do not have my FSM handy to verify, but I did look on the links at the bottom of this page http://store.440source.com/Aboutus.asp that are to information about crankshaft and water pump pulleys for the various engines over various years.  According to it, the same set of pulleys were used on the 383 and 440, but differed according to whether there was AC or PS or both.
Who in their right mind would say

"The science should not stand in the way of this."?

Science is just observation and hypothesis.  Policy stands in the way.........

Or maybe it protects us.

I suppose it depends on the specific case.....

Thanks for the reply. There would be no ac with power steering

Here you go. Under 7-06-0. No difference between HP or standard.

I don't believe the water pump has anything to do with belts ect.  You just need pulleys ( WP and crank) for a non a/c set up. Never had a issue of what WP it had in it..
