AMD trunk filler ?????

hey guys just on with the measuring etc of the rear trunk area and seem to have another dilemma with the trunk extensions.they seem to be in the right place however they do not go anywhere near the original wheel arch somewhat rusty in the pics but you get the idea ,anybody else come across this looks like the fillers are not right

Aftermarket parts usually have to be modified to fit. I notice most of the B-Body trunks parts are all one size fits all. All the same part # when in reality they are not all the same. LEON.
