That is cheap for a complete car but there are some crappy issues with it.
First, it IS a '70 with a '69 front end. Surely because the '70 body parts are so hard to find. The color is hideous. Why people like that disgusting drab gray color is a mystery to me.
Battery in trunk but on the wrong side to make any sense. An interior that looks like it was done in a street rod shop. I didn't look close at much else.

if you go to sold listings on ebay , shows it went for 75k in june  , cant open the ad though

weather the craigslist advert is a scam or  its the original seller or buyer trying flip it just to get out of it for what ever reason .....    37k think thats closer to its value  compared to the insaninty of the ebay listing & what it was bid up to .  also come to think of it all the crazy prices that are being asked for these cars today , maybe i'm out of touch with the price

That color is absolutely horrible.

I think the paint color is getting a bad look because of the photography.  That location is going to reflect green & blue light at the car from all directions.  And the golden-hour timing is making even the plain concrete road surface look yellowish. 

Look at the closeup shots.  The gray on the doorjambs and underside of the trunklid doesn't look nearly as dark & greenish.

I think the color is what makes the color look terrible.
We work most of our lives, make some money but some still go back to the primered look for some odd reason.
