Do I need this piece to install a factory style woodgrain delux steering wheel on a 69 column?

I wish I knew for sure   Been trying to collect some odds and ends that'll need eventually.

That is my picture you originally posted
The picture show the guts in the 68 steering wheel top right
Left side is what I hope fits a 69 wood grain wheel
Bottom right does not look like either of the other two

These are the pieced you need for the wood wheel horn contact....Correct for 68-69.   1970 had a different shape/style ring retainer.
