Short circuit 3 speed wiper motor in low/med gear // blown fuse

Hey all,

bought a restored 3 speed wiper motor on ebay and was sent to europe.. but now after a while and after installation and getting the harness done, i get blown fuses when testing it..

The switch and the motor are grounded, so no ground issue
I measured the wiper motor switch and all according to the manual
Bench tedted the motor and found:
Park position is working accordingly
high speed (brown wire only on bat pos) is working accordingly

in low / med (brown and red wired to bat plus, green to ground), my fuse is getting blown

Any advice where i could start with the root cause? anybody information how the wires should be routed in the core? couldnt find any guide in the internet

Did you use this test procedure?  Sounds like you did.
