Help Identifying brackets

Replacing some metal in my 1970 RT.   They dont have anything going to them...  what are they for?

The last couple pictures are for holding the jack
The square one is where one end of the jack sits
Should be another support on top of inner wheel well for the other end of the jack
The loop is where the jack handle ( lug wrench) slide through for storage
There will also be a spring going from the handle to the jack itself to keep everything from bouncing around when stored

The first picture is what the spare tire leans up against
