anti sway bar on ebay?

been looking for a cheap 1970 sway bar for my 70 k member and found this one on ebay #113263208575 can anybody tell by looking at the pictures if it is the correct one for a 70 b body charger? it doesn't look right to me . and the description wording is confusing.  maybe its a rear sway bar?  Thanks in advance. You can buy a brand new Helwig sway bar with bushings and upgraded thickness better suited for driving in modern traffic for 190 bucks.

The stock bar is way too small, unless you're drag racing or doing a stock restoration.
