I don't know of any reproductions but you can usually restore yours or get a better one by putting an ad on here in the "parts wanted" section.

Mine aren't that bad, but the drivers one is acting up for some reason now.

I have a pair from a 4 door car, the rear door ones that I'm talking about which are the same as the front latches.

They would definitely have way less wear & tear vs the front door ones, if you're still looking.
