 I see he is changing his story now. It is quite an assortment of parts. Console is '71 B / 70 E body or newer.

I noticed that one this morning on the bay as a new listing, I just assumed it was a 70 with a 68 front end.  In the one pic you can see the dash it has a 70 cluster with out the flasher button and the key is in the column but it looks like it's had some "interesting" repairs and work done to it...
I think that's to much for it though maybe 25-28 on the high side...

What a piece of shit....Both the car and the owner.
CLEAN the car before you take pictures! Leaves and other junk on the seats and carpet, misc parts laying on the floor, shitty wiring exposed and poorly secured, cracked LH rear upper pad, Stupid looking tachometer, wrong shifter and console....There is far more wrong with this car than right. Even at $15,000, this car is all wrong.
