I found a 74 charger here on this site for sale by another member.  I'm also looking at getting a pair of 67 chargers from another member and was wondering what you guys thought of this 74 charger that was a 318 car.  No motor or tranny.  The guy wants 1500 for it and it is in Wisconsin.  Also can someone decode this vin for me. Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Haven't bought any yet, the 69 i was looking at ended up being another ebay scam, my grandfather ended up the one that was his back in the late 60s and the dart i found had too many question marks with it for me to buy. and another one, the guy never responded to my e-mails or phone calls.  I don't really have that much money, i just got back from active duty and recieved my bonus and stuff. I'm desperately trying to find me a project car.

what service you in.  when you say back from active duty, i'm assuming your in the reserves?  did a little ADSW/AT time.  Good on you!
Make sure you get what you want(year and car wise, the initial layout for say a 2nd Gen Charger might be a little more but whe you get to fixing them up they add up all prety much the same $$$, be patient and she'll come around.
Good Luck!
Mike

Yep, Army Guard.  Right now i'd prefer a 1st or 2nd gen but i'm also wanting to one day build a bracket racer so, thats why i'm looking in to the 74.  It'll hold me over until i find that one car i've been dreaming of.
