Why can't I find this anywhere?

I've bought one of these a long time ago but why can't I find it anywhere except BEA? Long story short I've got two sets of upper door pads, one original and one reproduction. I used the delete plate in the repo's but unfortunately I can't use them as they are for 69 door locks and I need 68 door locks 

I could pop the delete plate out of the reproductions and repaint it but I rather keep them complete, my only other option if I can't find one is to cut one out of kydex, paint it and glue it in.
