tail light issues

ok folks last week my tail lights were working and now they are not...ive got 12 volts everywhere at every socket..im thinking i have a bad ground some place but the wiring diagram does not show a ground wire??? any help would be appreciated.....

Done any work around the tail panel recently?  If you have 12 volts to the lights then do you have continuity thru the lights to ground?  If you do then....  big chance, have you checked all your light bulbs to make sure they are good?

Another thought, just because you have 12 volts at the sockets doesn't mean you have a good connection.  I thought I read on here that the tail lights circuits are routed thru the turn signal switch in the column.  If that's high resistance you would still get 12 volts at the bulbs but not enough current flow to light up the bulbs.
