Judging by the rust and window seal on a close up of the vin plate and the interior Id say it had some rust going on but then again its probably a pretty complete car.

I'm selling my deceased fathers 1968 Charger R/T that is in great shape. It has a 440 engine(work done to it) that is not original motor, 4 speed manual transmission, 850 Holley double pumper carb, Long tube headers, and etc. The car does drive, but it needs a new float for gas tank and linkage adjusted. Other than that this car is in wonderful shape. My dad passed away in May and was looking forward to driving it this summer. I don't know how to drive stick and would like to see someone buy it who will love this car like my father did. I'm asking $22,000 or best offer. Wonder why it isnt selling?
Seems decent for 22k. I considered it then putting a 69 grill and lights in so id have a 68 charger and 69. But too much effort importing another one hhaha.

But wonder why it isnt moving for 22k. Some areas are rough but even if you spent a few $ cleaning that car up sems alright.

68 Charger + the lower half of the unibody still exists + near driveable condition + Resale Red paint + big block + 4spd.  You don't see that changing hands for less than $25k very often.

Perfume on a pig for sure, looks like someone slapped some bondo over some rust holes & quickly sand it down with a D.A. Sander & then off to Maaco for the $249.95 special. In reality probably worth $10k in my opinion.

Depends who is buying.

If you are trying to build a nice car then it's probably only $10k worth of raw material on that thing.

But you want a BB/4spd car that isn't far from the road today . . . then you would be hard pressed to match that car for $15k, let alone $10k.
