1967 Dodge Charger taken apart to be sandblasted.  Person that took it apart is no longer available.  Where can I get information on how to put it back together?  What kind of clips were used to install the chrome trim on the door and fender?

A service manual will be your best friend here.....it has the clip info you seek

A parts manual too, they supply a lot of info in there as well.
