My friend is trying to figure this out, we thought it was a tap or knock before the flex plate inspection cover came off.  The recording sounds very much like the live version. 

Any ideas?  It happens when driving, mostly when the engine is hot, and this was shifting from park-neutral-reverse or neutral-reverse.
