Very nice car, they don't come up like that very often.  The current second generation Charger market is so strong right now, I'm considering selling my 70 Charger R / T V code car. I am going to pull it out of storage, and start preparing it to sell it. If you are planning on selling a Charger, this is the time.

Ok. Learned something new. I had 3 500s and they were all badged with silver 500s front and rear.
Then Ive also seen red 500 badges, and XPs with arrows and column shift.  I would love to see factory papers outlining all the badging differences.

Nice, but looks like rust starting around rear window, could be bad Pict's. Also pass. side upper front glass trim looks sunk below roof line, could have had glass replaced at one time, or bad angle of shot. All in all a very nice car.

In my book, a "survivor" is anything that dosen't require 50%  of the metal replaced, 1000 miles of mig wire, new interior, new engine/driveline/etc/etc/etc.... this car is a "survivor".

Agreed! Though not attacking the car, a 'true' survivor by definition CANNOT display a 100% total re-paint.

I think 100% original is what the term should be if a car is factory untouched which this one is not either because of the repaint

I think something did happen. With that rounded off body line on Passenger side rear quarter I'd guess it's full of Bondo, Maybe because it was hit. Maybe that's why the repaint. With out seeing in person just Speculation though. I does seem odd he only shows the whole quarter panel on the good side, the drivers side. But doesn't show the whole quarter panel on passenger side, the apparent bad side. Just a coincidence? Or does owner have something to hide

I thought the same thing regarding the no A/C, I guess the original owner had his reasons for not adding A/C. Maybe adding it would have put him over his financial limit at the time. 

Since the rest of the car appears so clean, I'm surprised there isn't a shot of the trunk floor under the mat.

It's already passed my valuation opinion at $38K to $44K 
Don't get me wrong here... FINE example !
just saying,
based on the Right Rear 1/4 panel bondo/repair ? factory color and the repaint ?  IMO, I can't give this 1970 383-2BBL SE Car marks above the aforementioned $44K tops.
That said,
I think someone will easily bid it up to $48-$50K

Nope.

Multiple colors were offered to appeal to a larger group audience to allow for personal taste.

A collection of one it every color made would be epic, regardless of transmission type or CID.

If you pay attention to Mopars that get re-listed on eBay, for whatever reason, they never do as good as they do the first time. I think some bidders/buyers get 'skittish' thinking there are games being played. I've been watching a really rusty green '70 U-Code Cuda get re-listed all Summer...price keeps coming down! Should have taken the money the first time around!
