Hi Guys, I have my build sheet but some items are not legible. I am looking for a blank one to reference and also see what the codes are.

Your best option would be to post a clear scan of the one you have.

LOTS of people want a blank one so they can fake one.

So start with what you actually have in front of you & let the people that know what they are looking at help you with yours.

Thanks 70 Sublime but the 68 is different

Thanks Alaskan I did have it decoded years ago but not sure it is accurate, so I was hoping to do it myself. Will give it try.
