Orange box or chrome box replacement???

Well it seems that the mopar orange box's are junk at this point. I put one on my buddys charger late last year and it died after about two months. My other buddy's charger died and he put a new orange box on it and it also died after about three weeks from a bad box again. I have the chrome mopar box on my charger and it's been on there awhile and it works great for now but the chrome box is not available anymore from anywhere as far as I can tell. So without changing the ignition system since I have a firecore plug and play distributor and wire set, NGK plugs and an MSD blaster 2 coil and matching resistor with the chrome box of course what would be my next best replacement performance ICU box?? Maybe the rev-o-nator?? Has anyone here tried one of these rev-o-nator boxes? They have a 3 year warranty and are made in the USA so it seems there maybe a good performance replacement but I don't know of anyone that has or is running one on their car. Got to be a good performance replacement out there that will work and keep the original style mopar ignition system working.....

If you have the Firecore RTR distributor you don't need a box. If you don't want to go that route, I've heard good things about the Rev-N-ator box.

The rev-n-ator is a good piece and the rpm limiter is a nice feature. If you're looking for a quality USA built product the Hi Rev 7500 is getting good feedback and worth considering.  :yesnod:

I tried a RTR firecore dizzy but my tach wouldn't work with it for some unknown reason so I went back to the plug and play firecore dizzy. I did see that blue box on the jeg's website and I sent my buddy the part number for it too. The rev-o-nator still looks like a good piece and it is USA made with a 3 year warranty. I am still running the old mopar chrome box and I have a new extra one in the glove box but that doesn't really mean anything these days.

I am running FBO's new box with no problems.   made in USA as well....with a 5 year warranty.  No ballast needed either

I saw that FBO box too but haven't heard of anybody using one until now. So you just use the jumper and bypass the resistor and hook it up from there? Looks like a nice piece as well, was waiting to see if anyone recommended them since I have only saw them on the Mancini website...
