I'm going to go with the MSD throttle body fuel injection in lieu of my carb. Just wondering if I should go with a return line and a pump that runs continuously or the single feed which turns on and off with pressure demands. Thoughts?

I would suggest a return line and an in-tank pump.

I would contact msd and run whatever supply system they require. If they have no requirements, a return system will run cooler fuel.

The single fuel lines are succeptable to fuel boiling, and the fuel pump over heating.

I'd HIGHLY suggest running the return line.

Also, having a pulsing fuel pump vs. a continuous one isn't necessarily tied to what fuel line setup you're running. You could run a pulse width controlled fuel pump with a return line. (Which would ultimately make for the coolest fuel.) Just be sure your fuel pump supports pwc. Some of the cheaper Walbros don't support it.

MSD has an advisory on the use of a return line or not:
