Seat belt question

Talking about the 3 belts in the middle of the picture
I see some pictures in this thread but they only partly match
Two have the open retractor and one has a cover

Are these even from a Dodge ??
They do not fit any of my other half of the seat belt buckle

They are removable type i pretty sure they are dealer/ aftermarket type retractor made to tidy up the belts i have some nos in a gm box i'm sure mopar had their own
