69 original Brake Booster finish

Good Day All,

What was the original finish on the PB Booster in the 69's?

Were they black, zine plated finish, a mixture, or a mixture based on car model?

Depends.  From what I have observed, the single-diaphragm drum boosters are a gold cadmium plated.  The dual diaphragm Bendix boosters on the disc cars are black.
