I am getting ready to paint inside the trunk so I wanted to pull out the back seat so I could pull the wiring harness forward out of the way
Had to unload all the junk from the back seat first  :brickwall:
Got the shop vac going and got all the dirt cleaned up

Pulled the parcel shelf out and found this on the other side
First Charger I have ever had that that still had a factory shelf in it

Also noticed these numbers in one of my pictures written on the car
Anyone know what they were for ?

I did like the way the floors looked after all the junk was cleaned up  :yesnod:

I want to paint my car F 6 but the more I see stuff like this I go hmmmmm
So now thinking all the stuff that is Q 5 and will be hidden by interior etc I am just going to leave the original colour
Everything else that can be seen will get fresh paint , door ways , under hood , trunk ...
Will add to the car history some where down the line for the next person Hey I still have some original paint on my car

I like that turquoise color. I think that CB Restorations guy is building one while keeping the worn paint intact.

I believe the consensus is that the numbers represent the paint colors for the roof-body-UDF (there have been a couple posts discussing them)

no vinyl top, correct?

9-9-3 ("turquoise" roof - "turquoise" body - "black" Upper Door Frame)

My 69 is originally Q5, can't wait to take it back to that color!

Interesting, I have the back seat out of mine right now and will have to look for those #s under the package tray.

The numbers are on the frame just below package tray not under it
Right behind the trunk divider panel behind the back seat
