Anybody going willing to help me get with some parts?
Thinking about bidding on a few things but internet has a 10% ad on.

Well the 69 gold 383 4 speed charger sold for 9250 (missing drive train, pedals, had trashed interior) and the green 69 r.t 4 speed sold for 10k (missing drivetrain, pedals, Dana, front suspension, radiator, trashed interior, needed fair amount of rust repair).
While here in the area I bought the twin to that green r/t 4 speed for 10k missing less parts and less rust.
I bought 4 speed console, wheels, 69 charger grill, 69 charger dash at the reitz auction. So Now back to vegas to load up 3 new chargers to my collection in utah.  So far I'm at 19 chargers, shooting for 30 by the end of the year.

U left too early, there were deals when the auctioneers started splitting up auction rings without notifying anyone. Most bidders were inside bidding on good parts while all of a sudden they started bidding on stuff behind the building without telling anyone. There were some awesome deals at that point and a few others. The gold charger really wasn't a bad deal, could of taken that car, stuffed some engine in it, old school wheels and made money on eBay still

400sforever

I was there too. .there were some deals at the end but what a long day. .i did snag a nice 72 400 "230" block.

By the sounds of it, it wasn't a big deal that I couldn't make it...

I couldn't make it to the auction due to work obligations. Judging by a few comments on here, the cars were a little rougher than expected. To anyone who saw the cars in person, how were the ones that were stored inside and just brought outside for auction rust wise( especially underneath)? Curious as to what sitting on those dirt floors did to the undercarriages of some of those cars? Any noticeable rodent damage on cars stored inside? Thx

Charger-Bodie

The ones inside were much better.

There was a 69 grill sitting outside in the door, hood, fender section. I was disappointed that the 72 gtx air grabber hood had one edge sitting in the dirt. .looked pretty rusty on that side. .otherwise nice hood and went for 1600 online I think

Somehow I managed to miss that.

It was cool to go and be part of it all . I have no regrets about going to it.

That was not a real roadrunner air grabber hood, it was a satellite hood modified for the air grabber bubble

400sforever

Oh wow I never picked it up. .id say that sold very hi for what it was then

There was a ton of parts available, the online bidding only covered maybe 5 percent of all the parts.

Parts listed online went strong.

Seems like a lot of money to me. '70 Bee's, though I like 'em, have always been a little 'soft'. You can buy a done, matching numbers V-code for not much more than this car went for.

400sforever

I thought it was hi for the shape it was in.. for that kind of money I would expect a shiny car with very clean nice interior. Maybe it will clean up but maybe not to the level a 42k car should be in my opinion. It was a auction tho and the crowd was there! I'm no expert on bees anyway!
