That is my favorite year of that car. If it were in better shape, leaving it as a six would be tempting. Seeing that it needs so much, a V8 swap is a certainty with it now.

My old 68 Coronet 440 , bought it in 1998 , sold it in 2008 . It was an orig 22k car 318 2bbl . It was a survivor when I got it , but chose to strip and repaint/rechrome . When I sold it , it still had the orig eng/trans , someone yanked it and put the BB in it , added PS ,PB, WW moldings , woodgrain wheel . I almost bought it back in 2013 . Agreed , very cool body style , especially in EE1 .
