69 b-body engine install

installing 440, just engine with clutch and bell housing.will it go in with HP exhaust manifolds bolted on also?

thanks,i us usually do it from bottom but this is just a engine and transmission change.i added about 150 HP to my 6-bbl engine and had Passon build a  overdrive out of my hemi 4p so i can drive  it at Interstate speeds with factory  4.10 Dana.i also have a 3.54 Dana if i want to get to a 3.23 gear.
