Front Seat Belt Bolt Hole Location

I need to find the correct location for the outer seat belt atteaching point. My guess that my floor pans were replaced and there was a blind nut not replaced. (Mine were attached to the seat rear bolt). Does anyone have a picture of the out seat belt attachment or hole?

Found it! I was able to see the blind nut in the rocker/frame in the 1/32" gap between the floor pan and the frame. With a little guesstimating and luck, I was able to dremel a hole in the pan and now have the seat belt in the right location. Oh and its a '68

Would you mind posting some pics? I'm going to be throwing some seat belts in my 68 as well.
