Your picture of radio is not an 8 track
On an 8 track to have enough room there are no station selector buttons as that is where the 8 track part is mounted in the radio

70 Charger radio is just round nobs and not thumb wheel
BUT
If you had 8 track in a 70 Charger the factory just used the older style 69 radio with the thumb wheel and did not make a new knob 8 track radio

its got the track selector button also

Oops there I go again, jumping quickly to the conclusions. I see '70 Charger and I see thumb wheel radio so I automatically assumed it was an 8 Track unit.
