I would say that no one can give you the exact number built, and please don't waste you money contacting GG for  "1 of "  numbers for a combination of options.

No. Colors weren't tracked until 1970.
No. You can't combine options to come up with a number.
No. No exact numbers exist.
No. Not without knowing if the car was built for sale in the US, Canada or export.

The approximate number of 68 Charger R/Ts with 440 four speed built for sale in the US is 2,743.
