Is Specialty wheel still in business? If so, do they still make the reproduction recall wheels? If not, does anyone make the reproduction recall wheel?

I believe Koker Tire bought Specialty Wheel.  Email my guy, Frank Long.  He's in Indiana, goes to Carlisle.   duster2@indy.net
