1970 dodge charger at winner at Eriez Speedway 1978!

Found a picture of a 1970 dodge charger winning 1st place in the summer of 1978 at Eriez speedway in Erie,pa.

I wonder if that was really a 2nd-gen or something else that was reskinned.  The main hoop of the cage looks pretty far forward.

I can find out if the car was reskinned or not.

Talked to a family member who knew one of the guys that worked on  several of the cars he said the roll cage was recycled from other cars he raced. That's most likely why the cage looks like that.
