Source for cheap exterior door handle?

I have a passenger door skin for a '69 that's been professionally finished and is ready for wall display, but it's missing the door handle and key lock cylinder.  I know I can get a repro door handle for $40 or so, but is there a Dorman type door handle that will work?  I don't mind a cheapie since it's purely cosmetic.

Take a handle and lock cylinder off any Dodge pick up RamCharger from 72-93 same as the Charger
