can you give more details on what you bought and how and where you installed?

Nicely done, but it's funny if I set my wiper switch in between the first lowest setting & off just right, it will do the exact same think as a wiper delay until I turn it all the way off but I try not to get caught out in the rain much though.

Took me a whole day, crawling under dash, fishing wires through. Crimping wires..Anyway, keep searching eBay for this, that's were I bought mine. New too. ZEMCO is one brand. . And Nacho is correct, most of these work on two speed wipers only. This Equus I got off eBay. And is said right on the box, two speed only.

HOWEVER>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

This unit, which is on eBay says.......ANY VEHICLE, and I happed to have this one too.

Here are the instructions.

It does say it works with concealed wipers.

Years ago, I tried to get a 2 speed kit to work on my Challenger. no dice. But I got the kit off JC Whitney, and it went on my Dart. Worked fine, 2 speed.

Can't say if 2 or 3 speeds, but pretty sure these systems doesn't work correctly on CONCELEAD wipers system. Mostly sure will be hidden down the hood on every spin :shruggy:

I fitted a Hella unit to my Charger years ago.
Possibly one of the best mods ever funnily enough.
Not cheap though, but works fine and runs independently of the normal wiper switch so doesn't interfere with the park position

Gotta love a '69

I have that unit above on my 2 speed wiper motor in the 70......it also worked on my 66 that has variable wipers for years

They make a relay that delays wiper sweep by turning your wiper switch on and off. (For those not wanting an extra switch)

I've ordered this unit off Summit (73.00) and got free shipping during cyber week.  https://www.summitracing.com/parts/hla-001871061   I'll be installing it on my 70 Charger's 2 speed wipers soon. Not in stock it looked like it may have been delayed a bit but it shipped in 48hrs.
(So thanks for the recommend.)  :2thumbs:
I have a hole in my lower pad left from where I had a manual ignition switch it should fit just fine there.
From checking schematics I'll intercept the wire that feeds the slow speed resister. The others are two 12V+ and one 12V-. Now where did I put the extra 5 prong relay sockets I bought?  :scratchchin:

Okay Hella Delay 001871061 unit installed and works like a charm. (Using a standard 5 pin relay plug.) Fed off ASSY port on fuse block (20A) pins 30/31 and 15, grounded pin 31 to dash frame. I ran one wire (pin 53M) to wiper resister and one (pin 53S) to the brown wire (Removed from resister.) through an existing hole in firewall. I had a hole in my lower dash pad about (Where earlier Chargers have ignition switches.) that was leftover from drag race days to mount through.  :2thumbs: Thanks doctor4766!
Other than the hole in my lower dash pad (I had anyway.) this install is completely serviceable and removable if needed.

Cool, and got any pictures? I think this is a great upgrade for those who actually drive our cars in misty and light rain.
