MP Electronic ignition conversion...green wire for Autometer Tachometer???

Just purchased a new Autometer Tachometer. Where does the green wire route to if you have a MP Electronic Ignition Conversion (70 Charger)?
The directions say green wire to negative coil side on standard ignitions.....

But on electronic ignitions such as GM,HEI,MSD connect wire to tach terminal????

I believe you would still run it to the negative side of the coil.

It's not a midlife crisis, it's my second adolescence.
